Noble Klass Academy will be hosting its first Annual Essay Writing Competition!

We would like to give young writers in New Jersey an opportunity to express themselves critically and creatively in a competition amongst their peers.

• All New Jersey students in grades 6 through 8 can enter this contest.

• Each contestant can submit only one essay.

• The essay must be the original work of the contestant.

• Essays can be no more than 700 words (5,000 characters including spaces).

• Due date is October 25, 2020 11:59 PM.

Contestants must choose one of the following prompts:

• Covid-19 has had an immense impact on almost everybody. How has Covid-19 influenced your life and your family’s life, and how have you adjusted to the changing times?

• Do you prefer school classes to be held online or in-person? Explain how one can be more beneficial or effective over the other. 

• Write about a person that you admire in the past or present. How have you emulated the person you admire?

Essays must be electronically submitted via Noble Klass Google form by the due date. 

Prizes are as follows:

1. One gold prize winner will receive $300 cash + $300 Noble Klass gift certificate.

2. Two silver prize winners will receive $200 cash + $200 Noble Klass gift certificate.

3. Five bronze prize winners will receive $100 Amazon gift card + $200 Noble Klass gift certificate.

Recognition and Awards​ Ceremony

• Winners will be announced via email on or before October 31, 2020.

• Due to COVID-19, award ceremonies will be held individually at Noble Klass Academy.
